TRM Leader to Provide Consulting to Help Companies Leverage Talent Relationships and Maximize Return on Investment
WALTHAM, Mass. (September 4, 2001) - BrassRing Systems, the largest provider of Talent Relationship Management (TRM) solutions, today announced the creation of a BrassRing Professional Services Group. The consulting group will offer Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies TRM services to help them leverage their talent relationships and technology while achieving the highest return on their recruiting investments.
As the TRM leader with over 225+ enterprise- level clients, BrassRing will offer consulting services and solutions to help companies rethink and redesign every aspect of the way they manage external and internal talent - significantly reducing costs and cycle times, and improving effectiveness enterprise-wide. The BrassRing Professional Services Group will offer consulting services in the areas of staffing process design, analysis and re-engineering, best practice consulting, change management, project management, training, system expansion and optimization, recruiting deployment support and custom engineering services. Additionally, BrassRing Professional Services will have a partner network certified in TRM methodology.

Formerly of AON Consulting, Valerie Osinski, director of professional services, will head up the team and brings to the company over a decade of experience in HR consulting and services. Also joining the team with over 25 years in the field of human resources is former IDC Human Resource Strategies analyst, Dr. Michael Boyd, Ph.D.
