BrassRing Partners With Towers Perrin

February 7, 2002 - BrassRing, a provider of enterprise talent recruiting solution, has partnered with global HR consulting firm, Towers Perrin. The partnership is an expansion and formalization of an existing relationship, whereby Towers Perrin will be the exclusive provider of integration services to BrassRing's on-premise software clients. While BrassRing markets its existing hosted solution through its direct sales force, this relationship will expand the company's reach in marketing its new on-premise solution which is expected to be released in the spring. In our view, this is a solid partnership that should form a good foundation for continued growth in BrassRing's business. In particular, we believe this agreement demonstrates Towers Perrin's confidence in BrassRing's solution, and expect that this confidence will be well received in the ERM market.
