Ernst & Young Selects BrassRing as UK Talent Management Solution

Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest professional services firms, has chosen BrassRing, the leading provider of Talent Management Solutions to automate its UK recruitment process.

Ernst & Young will be using BrassRing Enterprise™ to manage the relationships among candidates, hiring managers, and the company's HR department as well as external agencies.

The system is designed to reduce the time required to hire people, lower recruiting costs and streamline communications. BrassRing will assist Ernst & Young to rationalise their approach to agencies and work with a smaller, more focused group of suppliers.

BrassRing was selected because of the quality of its solution and the technical knowledge and expertise of its talent management specialists. Ernst & Young was particularly impressed with BrassRing's eLink capability, an e-mail collaboration tool which allows seamless interaction between the recruitment team and line managers without forcing everyone to log on the system.
