BrassRing Strengthens the Power Behind the Recruiter with Enhancements to Its Award-Winning Enterprise Talent Management Offering
Enterprise 8 and Expanded Consulting Offerings Enable Organizations to Create a Workforce By Design™ with Fully-Configurable Application Workflow and Increased Automation
WALTHAM, MA - December 6, 2005 - Responding to customer
demand for solutions to efficiently attract and retain top talent, BrassRing,
a leading provider of global talent management solutions, today announces
enhancements to its award-winning talent management offering - Enterprise.
Providing organizations with new and enhanced tools to enable recruiters
to source targeted candidate pools more effectively, communicate more efficiently
and streamline the recruiting process, BrassRing technology and service
solutions generate sustainable ROI for organizations around the globe.
Time Warner Inc., a leading global media and entertainment company with
approximately 84,000 employees worldwide, has improved its recruiting processes
and workflow by leveraging the recent enhancements to Enterprise. "By
giving our recruiters direct access to richer candidate information organized
to match the way they work, Enterprise continues to improve our overall
recruitment processes while allowing for the critical customizations that
our individual business units need to continue to hire and retain top talent,"
said Lauren Levine, Director of Recruitment Operations for Time Warner.
"BrassRing is a true business partner, supporting our full recruiting
lifecycle and providing the functionality, flexibility, and control we need
to build and maintain a globally competitive workforce."
The latest enhancements to Enterprise deliver innovative additions to BrassRing's Workforce by Design(TM), a unique approach to building better companies by seamlessly integrating innovative technology, consulting and outsourcing with recruitment expertise to give clients the edge they need to successfully meet talent lifecycle challenges. Offering enhanced system speed with Akamai's Web Acceleration Service, feature enhancements to the Enterprise offering now enable recruiters to:
- Source targeted candidate pools more effectively by having the ability to identify the best candidates faster using the completely configurable Enterprise Gateway Questionnaire to present targeted questions for different candidate or position types; automatically route online job seekers to targeted talent pools based on the position for which they are applying (hourly or salaried positions), the entry point they used (internal, employee referral or external Gateway) or their answers to key questions. Recruiters can also reach the hourly talent pool by utilizing interactive voice response technology - Voice Gateways -- to access candidates with little or no access to the internet or computers.
- Communicate efficiently with hiring managers and candidates by leveraging the Talent Comparison Report, a side-by-side comparison of candidates based on key position criteria, as well as through the use of automated email communication to candidates based on their status in the application process.
- Streamline the recruiting process using next-generation conceptual search technology to find the right candidates more effectively by allowing recruiters to access richer candidate profiles containing work samples, certificates, transcripts or other configurable, candidate-supplied attachments. BrassRing's Workforce Intelligence Tools allow users to gather data, analyze results and make informed hiring decisions.
"With these enhancements to Enterprise, BrassRing continues its commitment to talent management innovation," said Deb Besemer, CEO of BrassRing. "By partnering with our customers through all stages of the talent lifecycle, we are uniquely positioned to deliver the comprehensive recruiting solutions they need to build a better company through strategic workforce design."
Additionally, BrassRing announced the availability of several new consulting offerings:
- Career Web Site Optimization offers organizations a variety of options to improve the quality and effectiveness of their career sites, from a two-day basic web page and site evaluation; to a cultural analysis exercise; or, a comprehensive, three-phase Employment Brand Immersion (EBI) exercise. Services include site evaluation; custom copywriting; translation services; site design; cultural baseline analysis; employment brand immersion; and client Web site usability testing.
- Agency Analysis Service provides organizations with a thorough analysis of current agency management processes and usage to uncover the best business partners, learn how to better manage relationships, and discover which agencies are actually helping to reduce cost per hire and time to hire while providing the best candidates.
- Internal Mobility Program Development Service helps organizations design the tools, teams, and technology to build and retain the ideal workforce from within, by retaining and developing current, quality employees.
"It takes more than technology to address today's recruitment and talent management challenges. It takes knowledge of the entire talent management process and in-depth experience addressing needs throughout every facet of the process in a wide range of organizations," concludes Besemer. "With our continually expanding consulting offerings, BrassRing is prepared to help organizations meet these challenges now and in the future."
