WALTHAM, MA - June 29, 2006 - BrassRing, a leading global provider of talent management solutions, today announces that Susan Schechter and Donna M. Introcaso will join BrassRing’s Corporate Advisory Board. Schechter and Introcaso will leverage their marketing, sales and human resource expertise to help drive the strategic planning efforts to support the Company’s vision and direction.
Ms. Schechter has vast experience in technology companies where she has held roles in sales, investor relations and human resources. She has been a sales and marketing consultant for the past six years, working with high-profile organizations such as Lightbridge, Allaire Corporation, Razorfish, Sonus Communications and Tivoli Systems. Before starting her own consulting practice, she had held executive positions at Lotus Development Corporation for nine years, and various sales and marketing positions within International Business Machines.
Ms. Introcaso, founder and CEO of Intro Inc., has over twenty years of experience serving the operating committees of legacy, high-tech and Internet-driven companies. She has spear-headed the development of high-energy corporate cultures, and productive and motivated management teams, and has been widely recognized for her leadership and decision-making skills for high-profile organizations. Prior to founding Intro Inc., she was the senior vice president of human resources for iVillage.com, NBC and Winstar Communications, and has held executive positions at Stamford Capitol, Sun Alliance and News Corporation (Newscorp).
