BrassRing Closes Q2 with Notable Customer Wins and Continued Global Adoption of Its Comprehensive Workforce By Design™ Solutions

Leading Provider of Talent Management Solutions Enters Q3 with
Continued Growth in Global Client Roster; Expanded Global Presence in APAC

Waltham, MA - July 31, 2006 - Marking the continued demand for BrassRing’s Workforce by Design™ solutions – which include technology, consulting and recruitment services – the Company is pleased to announce that it has closed the first half of 2006 with significant revenue and booking increases. Additionally, the total number of new contracts signed with the Company during this time increased by 43 percent over the same period last year.

Notable new clients include: Lockheed Martin, principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services; Varian Medical Systems, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of medical technology for treating cancer with radiotherapy and neurological conditions with radio surgery; the University of Alabama at Birmingham, one of the South’s premier student-centered, research universities; and, SMDC Health System, an innovative healthcare leader with 20 clinics and four hospitals offering an array of specialty care services to meet the needs of its patients throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The 43 percent increase in the total value of new contracts for the first half of 2006 compared to the same period in 2005 represents the rapid adoption of BrassRing’s talent management solutions in a number of vertical markets, including aerospace technology, financial services, healthcare and medical technology.

Validating BrassRing’s unique consulting and service offerings designed to assist clients in navigating the talent management environment, over 45 percent of the Company’s clients expanded their relationship with BrassRing in the first half of 2006 by acquiring additional software and services.

Several key indicators of strong global acceptance of BrassRing’s products, services and philosophy are the over 2.25 million user log-ins into Enterprise in the first half of this year, which represents a 47 percent increase over the same period last year; a 35 percent increase in the total number of requisitions opened in Enterprise during the first half of 2006, compared to the same period last year; the over four million employees worldwide currently represented by the Company’s client base; and, the over 65 million resumes currently under management in BrassRing’s Enterprise talent management solution.

To meet the needs of its customers with operations throughout Asia-Pacific, Q2 also brought the opening of BrassRing’s new Hong Kong office. For the past year, BrassRing has also been working with its first Asia-based customer, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd, to support a Tokyo-directed program to establish global recruiting standards and centralized best practices. BrassRing has also committed to provide Nissan with optimized candidate experiences and global recruiting efficiencies for all of its global operations.
