4th Annual User Summit to Focus on How Customers are Transforming Their

WALTHAM, MA - September 20, 2006 - BrassRing (www.brassring.com), a leading provider of talent management solutions, today announces that its fourth annual European Summit will be held September 26-28, 2006 at the Novotel Paris Les Halles in Paris, France.
This year’s Summit theme is Transformation Through Talent, and the event is an opportunity for BrassRing clients, partners, HR industry experts and thought leaders to network and share their knowledge and experience on a variety of topics, including global recruiting operations; managing and developing critical talent pools; achieving recruiting effectiveness; global recruiting success stories; and, more. Attendees will benefit from the opportunity to network with peers and learn about global talent acquisition during two days of educational sessions.

This year’s first-day Summit keynote will be delivered by internationally-recognized industry luminary Guy Ellis, author of Tales of Talent: How To Harness Your People’s Talent to Achieve Your Organization’s Vision. Ellis’ presentation, “Finding and Hiring the Unpredictably Talented: Is This the Future of Talent Acquisition?” will share his insights on the ever-changing scope and challenges of talent acquisition based on experiences with a diverse range of clients, including global software, European medical devices and recruitment companies.
