If you are seeking support for an application in process to a company using BrassRing's Enterprise software, please report your issue directly to the company you are applying to. For answers to frequently asked questions, please review the information below:
Turn Off A Saved Search Agent
To turn off your saved searches, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account from the company's corporate career site.
- Select "Saved searches" from top navigation.
- Under email frequency, change this to "none".
- A window will then pop up to verify turning off this feature; click "ok".
View Saved Search Results
To view saved search results please do the following:
- Login to your account through the company's corporate career site.
- Click on "My Searches", this will bring up your list of saved searches.
- Click on "Run" and this should give you your search results.
Saved Search - Narrow Down Saved Search
In order to narrow down your online job search, please consider adding an additional "keyword" in to your saved search agent.
The number of jobs found should decrease to match more accurately with your preferred job criteria. If you should have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.
Delete Account
In order to delete your online account, please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Log in to your active resume account through the company's corporate career site.
- Select the "My Profile" link.
- Under "Actions",
- click on "Delete my profile".
- Please select the profile(s) you would like to delete.
Your account will now be deleted out of our system.
View The Jobs You Have Applied To
To view the jobs that you have applied to, please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Select "My resume" link within your online account through the company's corporate career site.
- Select the "Submitted to" link next to the resume version you would like.
Update My E-Mail Address
To update your email address, please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Log in to your BrassRing account through the company's corporate career site.
- Click on "My profile".
- Click on "Edit" under Account Status.
- Update your online information, and click on the "Save" button.
