BrassRing LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("BrassRing") provides our site(s) on the World Wide Web (the "Site") as a convenience to the public and our authorized software users, subject to the following terms of use. By accessing, viewing, using or downloading materials from the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations. BrassRing provides you with access to technology and recruitment information, product and service information, client case studies, online ordering of certain products and services, job postings for BrassRing and other comparable content on the Site, including certain features that are available only to authorized users of BrassRing software. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the Site, including the release of new BrassRing services or additional websites, shall be subject to these terms of use.

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of BrassRing and other parties. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site shall be subject to sanctions up to and including prosecution.

Authorized users may order certain products and services online for your convenience.
